While I agree with the general consensus of Rex being ENTJ, I feel as if 1w9 may be a better suited enneagram. 1s strive to keep high standards and have a strong sense for right and wrong (or their perceptions of it at the very least). This is in line with how Rex acted in the episode- keeping high standards while going through potential Mr. Frog replacement candidates and enforcing his ethics when he felt as if Glep was portraying 'toxic' traits that Mr. Frog had. The 9 comes out as Rex wants to keep the public happy, therefore establishing peace and avoiding further controversies. 9s want nothing more than to keep things conflict free, which is shown through Rex reducing the show into what he (through his own set of values and beliefs) perceived as something the audience would go nuts over without thinking too much of the original Mr. Frog.
