(Te) - Despite her fear to fail, Mitsumi always manages to look forward, doesn't get caught up in emotions, self blame and continues to work hard, sometimes even overworks herself but only because she extremely loves it. She has big goals but that doesn't necessarily mean that she's intuitive. Her goals are realistic and logical. (Si) - Mitsumi is extremely disciplined.
