I get the argument for Nine but I don't think she wants to merge with her husband, she wants to control him. She's obviously a positive-outlook type, but I'm leaning towards 2w3 because she's all about the game. Not that 9w1 can't be toxic in relationships, but part of the reason Cam is attracted to her is because she competes with him, she competes for his attention while always shifting the power balance in her favor because she refuses to be seen as a victim in any of her relationships. I personally don't even think she was upset of the Cameron-Harper thing because of Cameron, she probably got over his cheatings a few years ago, but because she felt cheated by Harper who she was starting to see as a friend. She wanted to even the score with her too, because her pride wouldn't admit otherwise. She's sweet, affectionate and the perfect wife, but she's not burying her head in the sand to preserve this idealization, she's just making sure she stays in a position of power.
