It will be interesting where her story will unfold. So far she seems to be set up as kind of a foil to Saxon (ESTP). While he is very hedonistic, sensual and not very interested in eastern spirituality, prefering to have fun and live in the moment (Se>Ni), Piper seems quite ascetic, detached from the world around her and more interested in big ideas like religion and spirituality than what is right in front of her (Ni>Se). Her main conflict seems to be her inferior Se. This is visible in her contempt for her family’s materialistic lifestyle, but also in her struggles to break free from it. I don‘t See Fi, just for being emotionally conflicted or selfish in bringing her family with her. I mean every type, will experience identity conflicts or explore their own feelings, this doesn‘t make them Fi dominant. Her taking her younger brother under her wing and trying to get him to support her own believes, as well as her searching for an identity through a communal lifestyle in a monarchstry and organized religion, points towards Fe> Fi. (Fe is more group focused and interested in sharing their feelings, while Fi users are more individualistic and keep to themselves).
