E8 in general, but particularly sp8 and sx8. They’re concrete, no-nonsense, and largely action-oriented. They have no qualms using their free will to extract what they want from their surroundings. Definitely Se dom/Se base though, as they have inferior intuition and go with what their external surroundings throw at them. One could perhaps argue Si doms also fit the bill since their intuition is also inferior, but Si being based on personal impressions is largely still subjective and often clashes with current demands and expectations. Compared to Se doms, they have a tougher time adapting to new places in general and are hence are more detached from what’s immediately real at the moment. Aside from manifestly low openness, I’d say low neuroticism is a plausible secondary trait. These aren’t really the types to indulge in things like introspection or rumination, being down to earth and focused on what’s right in front of them instead.
