Yeah he is a fi user. He had absolutely no problem directly insulting/criticising bigger creators who he finds immoral, (jonton, pewdiepie, shane dawson wayyy before everyone else) even if they were nice to him first. He does not care how other people perceive his criticisms, or the threat it has to his reputation amongst other creators. And his criticisms are always based in values and not logic. ENTPs can directly insult/criticise people they think are wrong, but will provide a lot of information which they logically connect to form that conclusion. Neil shares his immediate emotional reaction instead. Not to say I disagree with him for calling them out, but it's a very fi style of doing so.
