Sunako is SP6, especially SP6 with a strong 7 wing. Her prime objective can be described by just one word: Survive. The whole conflict of the anime is just that her survival inherently costs the life of others, and these others might also turn to an entity that harms others for their own survival. But even with all of these in consideration, she kept insisting on her self-preservation, even when she's already bicentennial. She needs to be assured that she can have the means to ensure that she won't die, whether it be by sunlight, pierced by stakes, burned alive, or simply have no human blood provided to her. Her M.O. to gain her assurance is to present herself as an innocent figure who won't bite (ironically) so that she can gain more allies. gathering groups of familiar that can help her, even doctors to have the bitten's blood also got extracted in the hospital that indicates 7 wing. She's playing real nice that she can have 2 humans willingly wanted to protect her, despite knowing the fact that she's a vampire.
