背景
Papa Smurf (original French name Grand Schtroumpf) is one of the main characters of the Smurfs comic books and the Smurfs cartoon show, who had appeared on the show throughout its entire run. His first appearance as a character in any visual media is in the original comic book story of "The Smurfs And The Magic Flute". Papa is the practical village leader and the father figure of 100 or so young Smurfs. He is easily identified by his red Smurf hat, pants, and a shortly-trimmed white beard and moustache. In the cartoon series, his eyebrows are black, while in the comics and movies, his eyebrows are white. He uses his wisdom and knowledge of magic and science to protect the village he leads from various forms of danger that exist within (or outside) the Smurf Forest.
