I believe that the INTJ archetype would be the one to process, develop, bring in and implement the systems and integration that this stage is about. It is also the natural (opposite) counter wave for the current state of Se materialism (the "Kali Yuga") that the world has been devolving more and more into (as the demographic rise of more Se cultures is symptomatic of)... and as predicted in "The Decline of the West", this current age has been seeing the rise of authoritarian governments, such as with Trump, Netanyahu, Putin, Erdogan, Orbán, etc, authoritarianism being more of an IxxJ thing.
