Interesting woman. Yoshiaki Yoshinaga, a friend of hers, described her as someone who couldn't tell lies, easily hurt by things but always blurted out her opinions even if they were rude, couldn't stand melodic and melancholy music, aggressive in getting people she liked, and an antisocial person unpleasant to everyone equally. I definitely see the 4w5 and how these traits can point toward Fi-dom, but I've wondered if it's just inferior Fe coupled with Ti-dom due to how matter-of-fact her statements are. I've found that punchlines/set-ups in Cat Soup to be rather Ti. Something cruel happens, and her logic just adjusts to, "Oh, I see, so [x]". For instance, she witnesses her dad slaughter a pig neighbor to make a meal, and she goes, "Oh, so pork is just a pig's corpse." An old man drops a packet of something at the store, and she tries to return it to him by placing it in his pocket. Then a grocery store worker assaults the old man for shoplifting, and she goes, "So that old guy was a thief". Indeed, 4w5 INFPs tend to be on the more macabre side, but I feel the storytelling method feels similar to Ti and her lack of social etiquette was inferior Fe too.
背景
Chiyomi Hashiguchi (橋口 千代美, Hashiguchi Chiyomi, née Nakayama (中山), January 19, 1967 – May 10, 1998), known by the pen name Nekojiru (ねこぢる, a portmanteau of Japanese neko ねこ "cat", and shiru しる "soup"), was a Japanese manga artist. In 1990, she debuted in the June issue of the monthly manga anthology Garo with Nekojiru Udon, which is now considered her definitive work. Shortly before her suicide, Nyāko and Nyatta, the two main characters of Nekojiru Udon, were selected to be used by Tokyo Electric in promotional campaigns. However, the death of their creator caused that to be cancelled.
