Her auxiliary Ti was what got her killed, which sucked. Candace was the perfect adversary for Joe - she's smart, she had a complicated relationship with Joe, she had a clear motive to get revenge that people would empathize with (at least most people, the INFJ girl in the comments is weird for hating her for her type) and she knew how Joe worked. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think she was the only "you" girl that he obsessed over twice: once in their relationship and again at the end of season one and he monologued about her outfit.
