背景
Lars Rodriguez is Twister's older brother, Clio and Scotty’s older cousin and the main villain of Rocket Power. Lars is a bully of Twister Rodriguez as are his friends. Lars and his friends are contributing to Twister's low self esteem. They are often in the way of the four's efforts. However, all they really do is tease them and mock them and then they laugh and run away before they can say or do any thing. After this happens, the four, usually Twister & Otto, are plotting some kind of revenge. The revenge is generally harmless fun between the two teams such as misleading Lars & Friends to a secret shore line. Lars seems to have the advantage when wrestling Twister. Also, his rivalry with Twister is exacerbated by the fact he does not do nearly as many chores as Twister, such as watching Scotty.
