Okay, there’s a lot of source material to consider, and his personality is all over the place because of that. Though the same could be said for the other robot masters from MM1 as well. Given his sad ism he’s clearly unhealthy and shows that he has inferior Fi. While the arguments for ENTP/ISTP are there, he shows no traces of Fe. It’s shown that he’s highly decisive and great at decision making, highlighting his dominant Te. He’s very objective, blunt, and sharp, not showing the scatterbrained disposition of a Ti user. He is very deliberate and is always plotting something, hence auxiliary Ni. His Sadi sm ties back to tertiary Se, which is how his unhealthiness manifests. He has an eye for beauty, which is evidently clear in his voice lines in Powered Up.

DLN-008 Elec Man was designed by Dr. Light to help control voltage in nuclear power plants. However, he was reprogrammed into a criminal by Dr. Wily. He is a conceited and arrogant fellow, but also quite competent and responsible.
