The Doll MBTI性格类型

性格

"The Doll是什么人格? The Doll是MBTI中的INFJ人格类型,九型中的9w1 - sx/so - 925,五大类型中的RCOAI,Socionics中SEI类型。"

This is just my 2 cents input here, so I might be flawed. To view the doll as an ISFJ is not unreasonable, a valid conclusion to draw, but I do believe that the doll is an INFJ (9w1 with much less sense of autonomy). Both can be highly empathetic, dutiful, and nurturing. They tend to prioritise others (Fe). We all know that the doll is a creation of Gehrman, with her roles being to keep him company because of his obsession with Lady Maria (and her death) but also to serve and support hunters — I believe that Si wouldn’t be the dominant function for the Doll because she doesn’t truly have any of her own experiences outside of the hunters dream. She doesn’t have a strong sense of self, she struggles to identify her own emotions. ISFJs, generally, have a much more concrete sense of self from their own past experiences and personal routines (emphasis on the words ‘own’, ‘past’ and ‘personal’). The Doll isn’t shaped into who she is from HER OWN past and personal experiences, she is a creation. ISFJs are indeed task oriented with their dominant Si which initially would sound much like the doll and her role in the hunter’s dream — however, because they place a huge value on their own past experiences this would also very typically apply to known traditions and norms. The doll seems to almost question her existence and directly the traditions (the gods and the church). These points can be highlighted through the following voicelines of the Doll herself: “Hunters have told me about the Church, about the Gods and their love. But, do the Gods love their creations? I am a doll created by you humans, would you ever think to love me? Of course, I do love you, isn't that how you've made me?” — indirectly questioning her existence and role, definitely questioning tradition. Dominant Si could quickly and directly disregard this thought towards tradition of religion. Or maybe not even think/want to think of it at all. Considering the time period and location in which bloodborne is set (18th-19th century religious Europe) — to question religion and the gods, even if calmly and neutrally, would be greatly looked down upon and viewed as a form of heretical nonsense and disrespect. The doll stated the line “do the gods love their creations?” (The “Creations” being the humans) without any form discomfort or reluctance. Upon receiving the hair ornament: “What? What is this? I-I... can't remember, not a thing... only, I feel... a yearning, something I've never felt before... what's happening to me? Tell me hunter, could this be joy? Ahh.” — weak Si. This seems to be a new emotion that the doll is feeling. Considering that ISFJs aren’t particularly a fan of change — if the doll were to have dominant Si, this new emotion (as in the concept of feeling something new, something she never felt before — something that isn’t familiar from her past) could bring her discomfort of any degree, be it minuscule or big, but it didn’t. Judging by the “ahh” of content. This is not at all to say that ‘all’ ISFJs are stubborn pure traditionalists, and that ‘all’ INFJs have no sense of self/personal emotions. This is just me working with what limited dialogue we have and the average MBTI descriptions with their stacks — which I believe leans INFJ much more than ISFJ for the Doll. MBTI and cognitive functions is not a rigid box.
