Definitely a high Ni user with a very strong extraverted function. I would say Te over Fe because his means are rather reliant on factual evidence than on people's feelings (that entire story with infecting citizens with the Ashen Blood and other dubious Church's decisions). It also strikes me as an Fi when his nightmare is about losing his personality and being doomed to search it forever. Also, though shadow functions are controversial, Si blind makes perfect sense.
