背景
Vladimir Makarov (Russian: Владимир Макаров) (Also referenced as Vladimir R. Makarov in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Vladimir A. Makarov in Modern Warfare 3) is the main antagonist of the Modern Warfare franchise and the leader of an Ultranationalist terrorist cell and Imran Zakhaev's protégé. Makarov, a ruthless yet cunning strategist, often outmaneuvered his enemies and made them play by his rules. Taking the zero-sum game to heart, he did whatever was necessary to gain the upper hand without any regard to the loss of human life in the process, even shooting Yuri (his only known friend) to reach his objective. Makarov truly believed the end justified the means and until his death at the hands of John Price, Makarov's tactics would dictate the course of history. #CompleteMonster
