I see ISFJ over ESFJ. Si- Monroe is a very traditional man. He goes by his daily routine and sticks by it. His past is super important to him; he always references the past(fe. history with his family and the clocks). Fe- Monroe’s very aware of the emotions of the group. He tries to maintain the harmony of the group and the values and feelings of his friends are a priority to him. Sometimes Monroe can be a pushover, for example, always giving in and helping Nick even if he was busy or just simply didn’t want to. Ti- I think his tertiary Ti is more evident than tertiary Ne. He loves puzzles and details and his way of speaking is very Fe-Ti. He has a Ti bluntness to him. I think his Si-Ti make him enjoy clockmaking/fixing because of the puzzle. Ne- Through out the season, Monroe’s inferior Ne develops better, but you can see his struggle with staying flexible and easy going. He can be open minded at times and pretty creative with ideas, but routine and tradition(Si) is definitely Monroe’s strong suit.
