Was almost tempted to say ENTJ but then realized her initiative comes less from Te and more from just wanting to know, wanting to find out what would happen. NeTi makes wayyy more sense all things considered. Also 5w4 makes a lot more sense than 7w8 to me? I don't super understand the 7w8 votes, while she probably has a high 7 she really doesn't display anything that'd point to that being her actual enneagram. 5 disintegrates to 7 for what that's worth, so that might be part of it, but her drive isn't from solely pursuing new things to experience them, it's from wanting to understand it, even if she does that unhealthily.
