Nah this guy doesn't use Fi. It's clear in the contrast between him and Tyler the Creator. He is very logical Ti with regards to how he judges things. He has tertiary/supporting Fe which is visible in his charming and flattering of others in a superficial way. As for enneagram, the guy clearly has a 3 and a 7 in the tritype. I think 3 is his main type because he is defined to such a great extent by his vanity and image-consciousness. 7 as second fix, then 8 as third fix because he isn't passive enough for a 9 or rigid enough for a 1.
