King Tubby is one of the 16 main characters of Kitty Is Not a Cat. The self-proclaimed "king" of the cats, he spends a lot of the show directing others on what to do, to the dismay of the other cats. He also often provides rough explanations on various human behaviors. Unlike all other cats in the mansion, he doesn't seem to play any musical instrument.
