initially he's very closed off and very professional when he gets introduced, keeps trying to avoid getting involved in everyone's secrets and dramas as he doesn't care much (inferior Fe). Later on we see him opening up that emotional side over time, feeling more comfortable within the group and feeling as if he has a place with them. The times he had to be in charge, you could see him implementing his own systems and trying to ensure everything would be properly categorized.(Dominant Ti) this was not for his own sake alone, but also for Dr.Brennan. There are scenes where he can access the way a murder has been committed by trying out diff possibilities in his head (Ne), even the experiments he enjoys hint at this. The reason he's 6w7 not 6w5, is because he isn't as anxious as a wing 5 would be, but rather more so optimistic in the later on seasons
