Impossible to not think of her as an INFP after tsumihoroboshi. She's caring and empathetic but also very strong on her own convictions and is very aware of what she wants for herself. She's very intuitive and also sharp, she makes a good use of Te even being inferior, but you can see she starts to use her Te in a very unhealthy form when shes stressed, which marks it being inferior. Her tert-Si is reflected on how she have attachment to abandoned things she finds in a damp and also how shes troubled by her own past. She's a very well written and strong willed INFP and also shows what can happen when they become scary, my fave character from the novel!
背景
A girl who returned from Ibaraki to Hinamizawa one year ago, and she is in the same grade level as Keiichi. She has an obsession with things she perceives as cute, whether they're actually adorable or butt-ugly. Every now and then, she goes treasure hunting in the town's trash heap, searching for "cute" things to collect, and upon finding something "cute", it's difficult to stop her from taking it home. Despite this disarming trait, Rena is shown to be amazingly observant and perceptive about the things around her. According to Mion, while Rena might seem cute herself, people should be careful not to anger her, as she becomes quite scary.
