I can possibly see Flowey being a different type, but isn't Hyperdeath Asriel still Asriel? He strikes me as an INFP in a Te grip, who struggles with trying to ignore his Fi during the fight, but ultimately ends up not being able to. He attempts to set aside his emotions and becomes rigid in his perspective, and overly focused on controlling his outward environment. His display of Te is also more flimsy/unhealthy than an INTJ would typically show, with it being the second function in their stack. He's still himself in this moment, just unhealthy, so it would make sense for him to still be an INFP.
