I don't think he's ENFJ. The so-called 'Fe manipulation' being brought up here is moreso attributed to Fe in Socionics. The difference is Fe in most MBTI subsystems does care about present-time group harmony. It looks back at others' emotional state and mostly out of positivity. Fe's concern for others' well-being is well emphasised. In comparison, it's Fe in Socio that enjoys expressions and manipulation for its own sake. If anything, Squealer's outlook for varying, inconsistent systems and ideologies reflects the chaotic perception of Ne better. All Fe in terms of MBTI seems below secondary. I'll also argue his constant obsession with newer systems and bandwagons reflects the gluttony of 7 better than 3's pride. He's barely self-obsessed, and mainly enjoys the chaos of it all.
