I don't see how he can be 2w1 🤔 2w1 seems more like a people-pleaser type enneagram compared to his other vote, 7w8. in the manga, Mio is seen to nawt rlly care about what others think about him, as he's over confident in himself. I believe hes a type 7 due to his enthusiasm (seen in like ep 9 and 20), but you can also see type 8 in him, with his assertiveness (seen in his q&a video and ep 14). Lwk idk how to explain things so I'm sorry if this is kinda buns.
