性格
"Joseph Conrad是什么人格? Joseph Conrad是MBTI中的INFJ人格类型,九型中的5w4 - sp/so - 549,五大类型中的RLOAI,Socionics中IEI类型。"
His works are rich with connotations of the ocean and death, as well as numerous Christian themes that evoke a sense of divine yet stark indifference. Conrad does not embody the traits of an INFP; rather, his interpretation of loneliness is marked by a detached and rational perspective. In "Almayer's Folly, the quest for familial love and romantic affection appears almost absurd and anti-intellectual through his lens. These themes are further reinterpreted in the conclusion of "Swept from the Sea.
背景
Joseph Conrad (Polish: [ˈjuz̪ɛf ˌkɔn.rad]; born Józef Teodor Konrad Korzeniowski; 3 December 1857 – 3 August 1924) was a Polish-British writer regarded as one of the greatest novelists to write in the English language. Though he did not speak English fluently until his twenties, he was a master prose stylist who brought a non-English sensibility into English literature. Conrad wrote stories and novels, many with a nautical setting, that depict trials of the human spirit in the midst of what he saw as an impassive, inscrutable universe.
