Zhou Liqi (周立齐), a Zhuang, was born on December 27, 1984 in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment four times for theft. He became famous after he said in an interview after his arrest in 2012 that "it is impossible for me to work, and I will never work in my life."
