She's wacky and airheaded but I don't think that translates precisely as Ne dom. She purposefully represses and refuses to introspect properly about the traumatic event that happened in her life which I believe would imply Ji-inf. How she uses Ne is more akin to an airheaded ESFJ like SpongeBob in how it serves her Fe. She isn't wacky and airheaded out of a desire to explore the conceptual landscape but rather uses it to create a warm and decent atmosphere for everybody around her. Also like Spongebob, one of these weird ESFJ 7 combos as evidenced by her unwavering optimism and engaging in exceedingly saccharine activity to avoid any sort of pain.
