The Destiny Plan at the end of the series would have people thinking he's on NiTe trying to sort and categorize everyone but I think FeTi is more suitable given everything else. INFJ over INTJ for the same reasons Kiritsugu Emiya from Fate/Zero is an INFJ - a desire to end war forever, for all people of the world, because it leads to needless suffering.
