I think that Jakurai is a INFJ indeed, his Ni and Ti had been shown in the manga very strongly, but i would bet that the 14 year old Jakurai that Hitoya met was more an INFP than a INFJ. We know that Jakurai was an assassin, but considering his strong Ti, he might been fooled to be into this, the experience might have reinforced his Fe and Se. His Se is strongly showed on the drama tracks and anime when he battles against Hifumi's stalker, Honobono and Ramuda as well. Jakurai has been considered manipulative at the view of Hitoya, traits of the NF personalities, NF personalities tend to be seen as manipulative due their Intuition and Feeling.
