One of the show's most recurring villains, Skulker is a ghost obsessed with hunting to such an extent that he's considered the Ghost Zone's greatest predator. Growing bored, he looked to the real world for a challenge and fixated on Danny, whose hybrid nature made for an endlessly exciting hunt. In the Bad Future, he merged with Technus to become Skulktech 9.9.
