Agent Willoughby is a former agent of the Guardian Units of Nations who was betrayed by the organization due to her obsession of eliminating Team Sonic. Seeking revenge on G.U.N., Willoughby was hired by The Buyer to capture Knuckles the Echidna and obtain his power. Along with her partner Mason, Willoughby attempted to capture Knuckles to take him to The Buyer, comparing the echidna's strength to Knuckles' quill-enhanced equipment, however, the duo's plans were thwarted by Wade Whipple until Willoughby and Mason were caught between the collapse of two rings, presumably killing both of them.
