Elsa herself is a good example of an unhealthy INFJ, she passed her live hiding herself cause she was afraid to hurt others and then she lost sense of herself and the song describes her experience of "letting go" and prioritize herself for the first time. The scene when she is building the castle is a good example of her developing her Se using Ni. In general, this song may feels like Fi cause she's accepting herself but you need to contextualize this at Elsa's pov: she spent her whole life ignoring her natural powers (Ne as the doubt function) and extremely worried of hurting anyone cause they would kill her (Fi as the critical parent) that she didn't live any minute of her life just worried about what happened in the past (anna's event) and how everything could be ruined in the future (Si as a huge HUGE demoniac function). Until let it go Elsa was literally just using her shadow functions and this song came to make her discover herself and accepted what she was afraid of showing until then.
