背景
Vladimir Makarov (Russian: Владимир Макаров) is one of the three overarching antagonists (alongside Generals Shepherd and Ghorbrani) of the 2022 video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, the second installment of the rebooted Modern Warfare sub-series. He is set to return in the upcoming 2023 sequel Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. He is a Russian terrorist, commander of Konni and the leader of the Ultranationalist Party who has history with Captain John Price. He is responsible for the Ultranationalists stealing the ballistic missiles from Shadow Company and then giving them to Hassan Zyani and Al-Qatala to use against the United States. He is portrayed by Julian Kostov.
