David John Mazzucchelli (born September 21, 1960) is an American comicbook artist and writer. He is known for his work with Marvel and DC Comics, particularly his collaborations with writer Frank Miller (such as Daredevil: Born Again, and Batman: Year One), as well as other works, such as Asterios Polyp, and a graphic novel adaptation of Paul Auster's novella City of Glass.
