Ne+Fi over Se+Fi because NFPs are much more likely to manage to convey an eccentric, personal feeling-tone without actually stating anything literally; and are less grounded and "down-to-earth" (though individual SFPs can be very quirky). ENFP over INFP because their Fi is projected outward with dominant Ne so it's more socially visible whereas with INFPs their quirkiness is more understated.
