There's no Se inf here. Is obviously told by Keith and Oscar that he lays so much in the efficiency from the lessons itself that he forgets about rookies well being. I would say ESTJ but i don't see Si in him, he says that everyone need to follow the rules but Brad himself doesn't do it, he's just ordering Oscar around; an obvious Fi inf. I'm gonna say my enneagram guess later, since I've only started Helios hours ago~
