She and her family lived in a very small and old home that was cockroach infested. Her parents often guilt trip her, saying "We had big dreams, but we had you, and even though a baby was another dream of ours you came too early and we had to only focus on taking care of you and not our careers, so we never had the chance to get big money." And they also tell her that they need to 'repay' them for sacrificing their future careers for her. Much like Briyn, Gretchen has her own fake persona. Gretchen acts more professional, perfectionistic, charismatic, and work-focused around others, especially around her parents. She wants people to believe she's a goodie two shoes and wouldn't even hurt a fly. But towards two of best friends, Lars Larsson and Katy-Kit Marie, she acts the complete opposite or her true side. Gretchen always gets herself into trouble and has a bad temper. Once someone told her that her essay sucked, and she broke into her home, stole their credit card to steal all of their money from their bank account, and wrecked the home. Nobody suspected her though, only her friends knew immediately. When she was younger, Gretchen often bullied other kids, including Lars. Despite that, Lars stuck around her and they eventually became friends though it was mostly one sided. Lars is a pushover and quite submissive, and Gretchen uses that as an advantage to get him to do bad things for her so she wouldn't be the one to get caught. Katy-Kit is more opinionated and sometimes gets under Gretchens skin. They get along for things they have in common, but fight when they disagree. Both never change their opinion no matter what and think they're always right.
背景
Gretchen is greedy and determined. She comes from a very poor household where she was raised to worship every penny they got. From a young age, Gretchen had to work to help her family. And now that's she's on her final year in high school, it's time for her to work even harder to go to college for free and get a job with a high paying salary. Gretchen's entire life revolved around money since she was born, but instead of making her resourceful, she just became greedy for money and feeling pleased. She works hard for her money at her job and starts to use meth in order to enjoy working and stay awake. Gretchen also starts to get harassed by her boss Arnold, which leads to her quitting.
