背景
Tamar Kir-Bataar is the twin sister of Tolya Yul-Bataar and a Heartrender. She is a former member of Sturmhond's crew. Later, Tamar becomes a member of the Soldat Sol, a militia dedicated to protecting The Apparat and Sun Summoner. After the Ravkan Civil War, Tamar becomes the captain of Nikolai Lantsov's intelligence network.
