Spoilers for anime only. Endorsi can be represented by the sentence "the end justifies the means". She was tricked as a child and forced into a situation with no way out and she did what she had to do in order to survive. We see from the first arc though that she is only putting up a façade and she isn't really happy with her situation. She is strongly independent and doesn't really follow anyone's rules, fully accepting responsibility for her unethical actions in order to satisfy her goals(unlike Rachel, making her a perfect foil for the latter). She acts as if the past is inconsequential as seen on the Hidden Floor, and downplays her own feelings in favour of a more superficial persona she shows others(even pointed out by Emily). Her goal of taking Anaak up the tower is only her first act of disobedience, but it's later on with Bam that she really completes her rebellion by choosing her own desires over everything she was groomed to be. And the fact that she was conflicted until the Hell Train wasn't because she didn't want to break rules, but rather because it literally puts a deathmark on her(as enthusiastically noted by the LPB twins). You can also see how Yuri constantly tries to rein her in but with very little success. Since the Name Hunt Station Endorsi becomes a more balanced individual, even though she constantly puts herself in danger with impulsive actions she is also more attuned to her real self, and when she beats the crap out of Rachel and then throws her under the bus *twice* is just glorious.
