The fact that she is bound by trauma isn't indicative of any Si, but just...that she has a trauma, plain and simple. Her Si is completely absent, she never shows any respect for authority, she is never careful and most importantly her tertiary Se is very blatant(more than her aux because she's looping most of the time). Whenever she's under stress she seeks Se solutions to her problems, like sex and fights. But even under normal circumstances she's seen using that, like when she tries her best to give Shinji an erection, acting like a buffoon when going down the volcano, etc, all of those attention/thrill-seeking behaviours are immature Se uses. A strong Si user would not be always so brash to throw themselves into high risk situations like Asuka does with her Eva in multiple occasions, she is dismissive of danger in favour of looking good in the moment, it's a Si blindness.

Asuka Langley Soryu (惣流・アスカ・ラングレー, Sōryū Asuka Rangurē) is a fictional character from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, created by Gainax. Within the series, she is designated as the Second Child and the pilot of a giant mecha named Evangelion Unit 02, to fight against enemies known as Angels for the special agency Nerv. Because of childhood trauma, she has developed a competitive and outgoing character, to get noticed by other people and affirm her own self.
