Yes, he's INTP. As an INTP myself I really identified with him because all the time or most of the time he's trying to figure out things, and there's a inner debate with himself .It's so fun when, at least in the beginning as spider-man, he sees the results of his actions without planning: "next time I'd better think about". And despite the behavior of an emotional teenager, it's not like that cliches in series and films, it's actually appropriate for what he experienced, and that's important because breaks with that stereotype of the robotic INTP with almost zero expression of feelings. So he miight have a developed Fi, but it's not dominant I think.
