Her Fi is pretty clear. She has her own personal code of morals and beliefs that she doesn’t stray away from too easily. This is seen many times throughout the show from when we see her in her younger days refusing to follow in her fathers footsteps and lead a life of hunting to the later seasons where she does what she thinks is right and sticks vehemently to her own values. An example of this I would say is when she thought the cause for the British Men of Letters was good and she fought for them even though Sam and Dean disagreed with her and actually got angry with her about this. Of course as a result of this she felt guilty, however she still continued to work for them because she herself thought it was the right thing to do.
