There's no Ni in her cognitive process. While both INTJ and ISTJ can be rigid when it comes to rules and moral obligations the nature of said rigidness differs. In Bastila's case she trusted methods and institutions that she knows. There's no greater, intangible purpose or some greater meaning. One of the best examples of her sensing preference is when you take her and Carth to Sandral's estate and learn about how Sandral captured Matale boy. Bastila after learning the truth wants to report to Jedi council right away, while Carth (who I believe is ISFP) thinks there's more to the case than meets the eye.

背景

Bastila Shan, a Human female, was a legendary Jedi Master who fought in the Jedi Civil War during the fall of the Old Republic. Born on the planet Talravin to Helena Shan and a treasure hunter, her mother gave her up to the Jedi Order, believing that their lifestyle of travel and exertions was not suitable for her daughter. Shan was found to have an exceptional gift with a Force power known as battle meditation; which increased her allies' morale while demoralizing her enemies. Shan sided with the Jedi Council when the Jedi Knights Revan and Malak rebelled against the Council and joined the Galactic Republic in its war against the invading Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders.
