Fe inferior isn't being apathetic. Even in the first season, you can notice she has it. She often feels the need to clarify social situations/explain her real intentions. Example: When she went to Walter's office, then he asked her to look into something, she said "I'm your girl" and then explained that she wasn't flirting with him, just accepting the task. She does that every. single. time. ISTP inferior Fe is MUCH more different than INTP inferior Fe. Tertiary Fe isn't the same as a good Fe. Or inferior doesn't mean the person doesn't think about other's feelings. Felicity basically is inferior Fe in women, y'all just aren't ready for that conversation. I'd be happy to debate.
