I think he's a 5w4. He wants to possess their powers to know what it feels like to be special or whatever. He's definitely an iconoclast. Hannibal a serial killer is a 5w4 INTJ. Sylar would make sense as that too although not as complex a character as Hannibal. probably different sub-enneatypes. Edit later: Eh... I'm not so sure. I rewatched a random episode just to see because I hadn't watched the show in at least thirteen or fourteen years. I could see 3w4. It depends on what he does when he's stressed. A part of him deep down wants validation, like from his father in season 3. Could he be a 4w3? INTJ + 4w3. He does get quite emotional. Whatever he is, it should be a rather unusual MBTI + Enneagram combination.
背景
"The Face of Evil", Sylar is a manipulative serial killer who hunts down and kills other superhumans to steal their abilities, due to a drive to be "special". Formerly a New York watchmaker named Gabriel Gray, his initial ability to "understand how things work" allows him to steal superpowers by extracting the brains of his victims and study "what makes them tick". He ultimately attempts to destroy New York City in a complicated bid to become President of the United States (it actually does make sense), leading to a climactic showdown with the Heroes.
