背景
Julio is a secondary character in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. David's crew took a job for a fixer named Wakako Okada, rescuing hostages from the Maelstrom gang located at the Totentanz. At Wakako's request, David would bring along a new recruit named Julio. Julio possessed an overly excitable personality, and would openly admit to being a fan of David's work. David would provide the new recruit with a superior weapon to the one he had. David would also council the new recruit not to rush, and to remain behind him at all times. Despite being a fan, the new recruit would later ignore David's advice, and get himself killed by running into an explosive trap. However the objective of the operation would be completed, with all hostages being rescued.
