Carlacia Grant (born January 18, 1991) is a Haitian Jamaican American actress known for portraying Cleo in the Netflix teen drama series Outer Banks. Grant started her career as a model she participated in many modeling competitions and won the Miss Junior Teen Miami Division pageant.
