Brute is the evil counterpart of Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls. Brute is one of 3 Powerpunk Girls. The Powerpunk Girls are canon characters and were supposed to be in the series but they couldn’t due to the resources going to make the Powerpuff Girls Movie. They appeared in the official Powerpuff Girls Dc Comic “Déjà Vu”. Despite not appearing in the TV series, they gained massive attention in the fandom.
