背景
Jean-Jacques Villard is an American animator and voice actor noted for his maximalist, lowbrow style. Villard first came to prominence with Son of Satan (2003), based on the short story by Charles Bukowski, and made whilst studying animation at the California Institute of the Arts. The film went on to win several industry awards, including the coveted International Film Comet at Festival Cannes 2004, which led to Villard being hired at DreamWorks Animation. He later moved on to Adult Swim, where he created King Star King and JJ Villard's Fairy Tales.
